My Holiday Tablescape
This holiday season I had so much fun dreaming up my dream tablescape inspired by my Famille Rose Medallion stationery collection at Dogwood Hill. This past summer I changed my dining room table from rectangle to a pedestal round table from Ballard Designs. The round fit our dining space so much better and now we can sit up to eight with comfort. I also had my set of Chippendale bamboo chairs reupholstered in a vintage Clarence House ikat I found at an estate sale. I also love the new art addition to our dining room by Amber Rosenberg.
To set the table, I started with my Royal Crown Derby wedding china from Bromberg’s and paired it with an Amanda Lindroth Block print tablecloth and my bamboo flatware. Each place has a Bauble Stocking filled with a chocolate Santa and candy cane as well as gifts wrapped in Famille Rose Medallion wrapping paper which will launch at Dogwood Hill with their spring collection. The napkins are from Mary Mack’s Exclusive collection. I filled my new Rose Medallion bowl from Pender and Peony with bright blooms found from Trader Joe’s. Last I tied coral and red ribbons all over the dining rooms, from the Staffordshire dogs to the chandelier, I love the pops of coral all over the dining room.
